Kevin Lomax is an experienced entrepreneur, business leader and investor.
Kevin was the founder of Misys in 1979, becoming non-executive CHairman in 1980 and Executive Chairman and CEO in 1985. Misys PLC floated on USM in 1987 and the main London Stock Exchange in 1989. In 1998 it became the first UK software company to enter the FTSE100 index. Kevin led the glboal banking and healthcare systems company through this major growth and development to some 6,500 employees in 126 countries, with a turnover of about £1bn and peak profits of more than £140m, before retiring from the board in 2006.
Kevin was a Senior Non-Executive Director of Marks & Spencer Group PLC and a Non-Executive Director of the Royal Opera House Trust.
He is currently Chairman and CEO of VoiceVault Inc and Chairman of Envestors, Sentenial Ltd, B2M Solutions and Ipsotek Ltd.
