On Wednesday 16th June 2010, we held our second India Investment Forum: Showcasing Indian Ventures to UK Investors. We invited six of the best Indian companies to present, all of whom seek investment and/or alliances to launch in the UK.
This follows the success of our first event on 21st May 2009, in which we had six companies from India presenting to an audience of 136 investors and executives. The event was sponsored by the UK Trade and Investment and the UK India Business Council.

The reason for having Indian focused events is that we have a number of private and institutional investors interested in extending their portfolio into overseas markets, and many see India as an exciting and growing market. Please note, UK investors are ONLY interested in Indian companies which are looking to set up and launch in the UK: any investment is made through a UK holding company, rather than directly into the Indian entity.
If you are an Indian company seeking investment/alliances, or an investor interested in receiving screened dealflow on Indian ventures, please contact Matthew Cooke at matthew@envestors.co.uk or Oliver Woolley at oliver@envestors.co.uk
