Membership Costs

Until an investor has invested in one of our deals, we charge an annual membership fee in order for them to receive our deal flow. Once an investment has been made, investors become Honorary Members and no longer pay for annual membership.

Why do we charge a membership fee?

We feel its important to keep the investor club 'clean' and full of investors that are serious about investing. We have all been to too many investor events full of so called 'investors' who in reality have no intention of investing in any businesses. Thats what you get if you have free membership to an angel network.

We have 350 investors who think it is worth paying £150 per annum to receive a stready stream of screened investment opportunities.

Individual member £150 per year (plus VAT)

Corporate member £375 per year (plus VAT)
(Up to 5 named individuals)

Members have access to the following:

• Bi-monthly newsletter (a hard copy through the post, not just an email) each containing up to 10 investment opportunities, as well as providing details of syndication opportunities with other investors, updates on past deals, other angel news.
• Free invitation to six members-only investor presentation events per year, where you can meet other investors and hear 8 minute presentations from six companies seeking investment
• Invitation to other Investor events, held in collaboration with our sponsors
• Pro-active search for investment opportunities.
• Access to our website providing details of all the companies we are working with permitting the investor to review a short promotional video about the business, see an investor presentation, download the business plan, financials and other supporting documents
