What do we charge?

• Corporate Finance Fees. We spend time with our companies to ensure sure we understand that business and that we feel the funding approach is appropriate.  We will look at the business model, the amount being raised, the breakeven point and the valuation.  We advise on the presentation of the business plan, as well as making sure you go thorugh a presentation rehearsal. Charges vary depending on what state the proposition is in when it arrives.  We aim to ensure you have the best chance of raising funds.  To be clear we are not after corporate finance fees - we are after success fees.  (On occasion, we can get a subsidy to help pay for some of our fees. Please enquire).
• Marketing Costs.  We will pass back to you the costs associated with promoting your business. These include charges for the events, the promotional videos, producing and distributing bulletins and invitations.  Our communications go out to over 1000 investors and market players.
• Success fees We charge a percentage of the amount we manage to raise for your business, usually in the region of 5% of the funds raised
